This is the story of Zolal Iran's family, which for more than four decades has been able to improve the engineering and executive ability in the most vital industry of its land, i.e. Iran's water and sewage industry, with its continuous efforts. Together with more than thousands of experts during their lifetime, they have been able to build, operate and invest dozens of large national and international projects and provide access to safe water for more than 20 million people. A family that, in all its years of activity, has tried to keep human dignity at the forefront of its thinking and commitment, and has built its achievements by relying on their knowledge and efforts.

In order to fulfill its social responsibility and achieve its macro-strategies, Zolal Iran has prioritized improving the level of safety, occupational health and environmental protection in implementing projects. This company is continuously improving the maturity of management systems in the implementation of various projects by obtaining international certifications of management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. The importance of increasing maturity and achieving excellence in the implementation of projects and at the same time paying attention to sustainable development created a road map for the company, the result of which was winning the Simin level award in the process of the national award for project management in the implementation of the Qom wastewater treatment plant construction project. Other honors include winning the most distinguished HSE team among projects in Kerman and Sistan and Baluchistan provinces. This path is still being followed and in order to achieve the vision of "water for all", the mission of Zolal Iran Company has been formulated and this company is committed to achieve the excellence of management systems and improve It is continuous.

IMS

Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy

Being one of the pioneer contractors in the field of engineering, procurement, construction and execution of pumping station and urban and industrial water and wastewater treatment plants, Zolal Iran Company shall be liable to provide high-quality services by considering the project time and budget and achieving the employers’ satisfaction through constant improvement, review and effective implementation of the QHSE management system.

Implementation of the QHSE management system shall be realized by establishing the following: - Being accountable for timely delivery of our projects so as to protect the environment and consider the health and safety of the personnel, employers, society and other stakeholders. - Undertaking to implement the IMS according to the requirements of ISO 10006, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and working towards constant improvement and enhancement of the QHSE performance in the projects and organization in line with the risk based approach. - Guaranteeing that our services and products are according to the contractual, legal and regulatory requirements. - Undertaking to move towards elimination of hazards and reduction of OH&S risks for prevention from occupational injuries and diseases through consultancy and participation of the personnel and provide safe work conditions based on the risks and opportunities of the organization. - Increasing the satisfaction of the stakeholder parties. - Undertaking to enhance the management system, business processes, products and services and level of performance and satisfaction of the personnel in our company. - Undertaking to guarantee the pollution and environmental impact control in the life cycle of the products and services until completion of delivery to the stakeholders through a preventive approach.
